Maybe a silly question, but does the .25 and .50 diamond pastes I bought from ClassicShaving, drying out after some time? And if yes, how to "reactivate" the pastes?

They have an oil carrier so they should never dry out in the container. of course on the strop they are supposed to dry out.
All I wanted to know is if the paste could dry up in the syringe itself.
The "Amplex" syringe, bought from ClassicShave is water-based. As only a small amount is needed on the strop, I fear that the paste will dry up in the syringe till the next time...
As long as the syringe is "closed" the water shouldn't be able to escape.
Either way, it'll be a long time before that happens, and if it does happen too soon, just add water.
Retain my pastes in a hermetic container involved in the fridge.Quote:

If they're the water based pastes, add a few drops of water and mix in. Don't add too much water.
