Welcome aboard,,,,,,,,
and
Yes, it's a real straight razor, better jump on it before it's gone,,,,,,:beer2:
8 bids with around 5 days to go..... Nice razor but betting man says it goes for more than $30
Sometimes razers go under the radar because of the way they are listed. This is one of them and you have pointed this piece out to everyone. Now watch the price climb. It's the rare pre grim reaper model and at that price is better than a steal.
Well, the person who bought it isn't new to razors and restorations, so if he didn't buy it for himself it may show up again on ebay after it's cleaned up.
When I bought mine I think I paid around $40 for it and it was in great shape.
You know 393$ for something you can't hold or look at in person seems a lot .
I've started to think of thing in terms of tank fills of gasoline. If it's less that the cost of a tank of gas I'll take the chance. More I'd really have to think about it.
OK...I have a problem with that though. I have one car that takes 6.5-6.7 gallons ($20) to fill up and one that takes 27 gallons ($100)and the Cessna runs about $225...Which yard stick do I measure with??
Depends...The Spitfire(30 mpg having fun or 38 mpg highway) has an 8 gal tank and likes (89 octane) about $3.50/gal here. Work van (16.5-17 mpg) 27 gal reg $3.32/gal. Cessna (20 mpg in cruise) 37 gal useable 100 low lead about $6.00/gal.
Hey guys,,,all this math is giving me gas :<0)
