Looks like it had been chipped and repaired. Not sure of the new length or value.

I think its remaining value is proportional to its length on a logarithmic scale.

It could be shaped to do nostrils and a shorty . Combo thing. It's been for sale a long time :<0)

I have seen this before it's a reverse French point. Often seen in EBay special and dropped restores.
