Isnt this a key for the saught after gilette psycho razor used in prisons and psycho wards????? its deff not a single ring tto

Actually it was available to incarceration facilities to assure that the inmate did not make a weapon of the blade.
Saw this on a thread long ago.

yea, isnt that the key to one? those keys are highley sought after for every dozen razors only came with one key, and the razors are hard to find and people do make their own key for them but an original must be hard to come by

The middle is the psycho key that I have seen.

So, this was a security measure that allowed Institutions to provide razors and blades to their guests without allowing them to remove the blade? Key needed to open the cap?
