Interesting combo. Stone looks like a nakayama koppa. if it's not labeled as such, with that coloration, I think most sellers would label it nakayama.
Looks decent enough.
I'm rather sceptical to the natural hone though.
I've seen quite a few that looks similar that were utterly useless for honing razors.
Could be a good one though, I'm just a bit sceptical to buying unknown naturals.
Those I get from a select few vendors I trust.
Shape of the hone would cause me more concern than the type. I'd write the guy and ask him if the stone slurries, because if it does, it'll probably be too coarse for a razor.
That and the prickly tweezerman brush. I have one of those in my travel box and they're cheap, but they sure are prickly!
Curious as to how many people are new to shaving (so as to take advantage of that kit) who would be comfortable honing a wedge.
