    I bought a Kent Shaving Brush Stand from a seller off Ebay. They were kind enough to ship it from England to the US in a BAG. Needless to say it arrive crushed. They sent me a label to return it after I filed a claim. They use their own currier service that is not a standard method according to Ebay. Which caused major issues in proving the item was actually shipped, returned and then reshipped a replacement. The only excuse I kept getting was the packaging was approved by Royal Mail. Yes it might be but it was not the appropriate packing for the item. They tried to push me off for 3 months. Kept getting you will have to wait replies from the seller. Finally escalated the complaint and was ruled in my favor. So i left a fair negative feedback. Bay removed the feedback from the sellers profile.

    Recently, you opened an eBay Buyer Protection case for Kent Mens Men Large Ivory Shaving Shave Brush Drip Stand Holder Barber Tool. We also received the feedback you left for the transaction, but it's been removed from the seller's feedback profile because of a recent decision on the eBay Buyer Protection case.

    So if you see several negative feedbacks on a seller you can bet there are many more that have been removed by eBay. Then I get this lovely pile of spunk and threats from the seller in my private email account.

    Thanks once again for your patience and understanding throughout this procedure. I hope you can understand that we have absolutely no control over this situation as we dispatch all parcels immediately, but we have to trust the courier company to deliver on time. It certainly did not happen on this occasions and I am extremely sorry about that.

    I can now confirm we have received the final trace for this order and the courier company have confirmed the order has been delivered. This could potentially be a problem if false information has been given, it could be given unknowingly by yourself.

    Therefore I request you one last time to kindly check with anyone in your household, your neighbours and your sorting office to see if they have received it. If you could kindly also check to see if you have received a card in your post stating they tried to deliver, but no one was available. Moreover, if you could also check if it has been left outside your premises behind a pot, or by a side gate etc.

    If you still find that you have not received the parcel. We will officially log the complaint so the investigation can continue. As stated to you previously, because the parcel has come back as a confirmed delivery, these matters would be treated with a lot more seriousness. The postal service will send you out a form to fill out and certify that you or anyone on your behalf has not received the parcel. Thereafter they would take this further with the local authorities in order to establish where the parcel has gone. It could have been intercepted by the Postman/Post Office, however, this investigation will allow them to locate exactly where it got lost and the culprit responsible.

    We are advised to give you all this information so you know the process and are fully aware of it. If the conclusion of the investigation is not in your favour, this would result in severe penalties as well as charges for defrauding the postal services. Therefore, if the order does turn up at any point, we strongly urge you to contact us so we can stop the investigation.

    I totally understand these procedures seem severe, however, lately there have been too many postal thefts, and authorities are taking it very seriously. I truly hope you can understand our situation, as we are only trying to do our job. We send out all parcels as soon as we possibly can, we lost out entirely on this order and made a loss. Therefore we would like to get to the bottom of this as well.

    Despite a confirmed delivery, a refund has been made.

    Even after Ebay stepped in they still could not confirm any of the shipments using the sellers own tracking data.
