Straight Razor Cases
I am kind of new to straights so I may be passing along info you already know. Many of my straights have no, or very poor, cases. I was looking for a cheap solution and thought toothbrush cases may work. The round ones are a problem but the oblong ones, with a bit of Styrofoam or bubble wrap place in the ends, seem to work well. Dollar tree has them... 2 cases for a dollar. All my razors fit except the Rigarazor 7/8.

Thanked: 15OH yea they're GREAT for razors. I have a couple that really widen at the toe so they're a tight fit. Also: I take bits of soft material (in my case bits that I removed from pick-n-pluck foam) and stuff them in the case along with the razor, esp if it's small razor - ensures it doesn't jostle around too much!

Can you put an 8/8, 9/8 or 10/8 into one of those?

Thanked: 15idk about 10/8, the biggest one I have is about 7/8 and it's a pretty tight fit. There are varying sizes, but 10/8 may still be hard.
