STRAIGHT RAZOR "HENCKELS" CARBON minty - eBay (item 300269041222 end time Nov-02-08 12:15:00 PST)
I have a couple of work knives back home made by Henckels, with just the 1 man, instead of twins.
Yea that doesn't tell you anything at all, but I just thought I'd throw it out there. :D
The Henckles company has at least two lines of kitchen knives, one with two twins and one with one twin. Check the Henckel's web site and you will see both lines. I believe there is a difference in the metals but I'm not sure, but I did a lot of research before selecting kitchen knives and found the two twin line of products were rated better. Does this relate to blades? I don't know. THe blade you are interested is from mannyrazor. Drop him a line and ask him. I've purchased several blades from Manny and he is very honest, friendly and knolageable about razors.
it is not made in Germany.May be china etc i had knife with 1 picture and definitely was made in china
:OT Has manyware become many razor, same background, same location, slightly different name!?
just check this link you will see how much differences between 2 and 1 .

When I first encountered the single Henckels man, I learned that those single figure knives were made in Brazil and that the twins' cutlery was still made in Germany. I believe the European requirements for labels stating the country of manufacture/origin are different then labels for American made items. It may be that if the European company is headquartered in a European country it may state, for instance, "Germany or Solingen - whatever", but if it is actually made in Germany, the label will say "made in Germany".
At least it sounds plausible...
Its a simple answer the two guys got sick of one another and one went for a walk to cool down, the second you buy the razor he will return. :D
that was nice one
one went to china another to brazil time will come they will get together in Germany damn earth still circle.:rofl2:
