Thread: Misplaced ebay items

How often does this happen? I was supposed to get the beauty below but I have received a dusty old digital camera instead.

I truly hope this was not intentional as the seller has 100% rating. I only had a similar issue once (a Turkish seller from Austria who spoke neither English nor German). I never saw my item then and it took months before I got my money back. Are misplaced items lost for good? I do not care about the money, I just want my mug!

I would suspect that the seller had several items for sale at once and mislabeled who was getting what. It's likely that the person who wanted to dusty camera now has the shave mug .... hopefully it all gets sorted out for you.

Fortunately the seller is responding well and the mug should be on its way to me in a few days.

Saprq, I remember a similar situation with a 7 day set from another member. I think his situation got resolved easily and promptly. At the time, when I was thinking about it, I wrote to him telling him not to be too distressed about it because the seller most likely had received a similar message from the person that got the razors. Remember, most people would find shaving related supplies as useless as you found the digital camera ;-). Good luck and let us know the outcome.
