I have a similar one, though not in pristine condition. It says "Tres Cruces", so must have been made for the Spanish speaking market. All the other markings are the same. It is a heavy beard whacker and one of my favorites. Never to be sold.

Wow, do I sense a history lesson coming
In all fairness though it does say Solingen and not Solonchon, so it's safe to assume the razor was made under German rule
Plus the last time the French may have had some say in Solingen the straight razors have had quite a different look
