:roflmao:roflmao:roflmao
bet she tops 100 bucks. remember there 1 born every second and 2 to take him:gaah:
What a jerk of a seller. No mention of what the tang says. Only that the blade is highly sought after and would make a great shaver once honed. I guess he does just call it "the blade," lol.
At the bottom his guarantee says that he can promise that all of his items are authentic or professionally restored. Authentic :rofl2:
I hope none of us get taken on that one.
On the bright side, I've not used a Dunbar blade, but at least it's made in Germany. He could be selling a rescaled zeepk instead!
I reported the listing.. I doubt ebay does anything

Message: This is NOT a wonderedge blade, scales yes, blade no. Someone will get scammed. plus, $50 shipping?!
Funny, the pin that's missing is right at the pivot :w
I wonder why  :D
They should start giving fines on the Bay for deceptive sales.
Oh come on guys, give him a break! As he says, "I am not a business and do not do this for profit. It is purely for the love of horology and a fun hobby."
Maybe he will cap the auction at the price he paid?
Could it be that the seller actually doesn't know anything about razors, and really believes that the razor is a DD?
Sure...it might be that he is trying to pull off a scam, but maybe he is just ignorant in the ways of the razor. (in which case, yeah, more research should have been done before listing)
Why doesn't someone shoot a message to the seller and ask him if he knows that only the scales are DD, and see what the response is. If his response is that of a cheapskate liar, then he should be reported before some gullible sap pays a ton of money for the misrepresented item.
*edit* Missed above post saying that it was already reported
well i dent him a message informing him of his err. bet the listing dosnt change and 50 bucks for shipping?? my god i just got one from the usa and shipping was 3.75:rant:
