Maybe the box in the background is full of Henckels razors and is included in the sale.

I'm guessing typo. $12.75 whether Euros or dollars is not enough to insure $25K being shipped internationally. It costs me about $22 to insure to UK for a $200 blade.

you guys in Europe we use "." where you use "," and vice versa. So 249.99 means 249 euros and 99 eurocents while 249,99 means actually 24999 euros.
Honestly when europeans go to the us ebay they get confused also because of that . , little sign... at least I was confused at first.
