I was watching this auction, had it up on my second screen, and still forgot to mid. I'm such an idiot.

FWIW, I did the same thing recently. Let a razor go for $20.00 less than I was willing to pay, one I had been watching for 6 days. :aargh:
happens all the time (at least to me), i guess that's why everybody can get a really nice deal every now and then.
i don't feel bad for you at all since you have plenty of good razors :)
That's one of the reasons why I need a sniper program.Set it and forget it.Check back later to see if you won any. Also keeps you from spending more than you wanted to.Quote:

Wow - that's almost enough to tempt me to browse eBay
for posterity, this was nabbed for $15 + free shipping:

Unbelievable that that walked for $15. What a steal.
That is almost as big a steal as the guy who got an NOS Puma for $8.
I watched that one for DAYS and also totally forgot to bid! I figured it would go for about $80 or so but still thought I'd take a shot in the last few minutes - great catch whoever got it! I should probably use a Sniper but have not yet found one for Mac. I don't like the idea of using an online sniper (one that sits on someone's server) because then I'm dependent upon that particular server being up in that 3 second window.
I use this one. It's not server based & has MAC Linux & Windoze versions
