You need to ask the seller to allow you to change the feedback.
If you are so unhappy, may be you should BS them that you were so very happy that you want to leave much better feed back, and then do your thing when they allow you.
I always hold feedback until I know for sure how I feel about something. I kind of like to play chicken with the seller to see who will leave feedback first. Usually the seller resorts to leaving good feedback for me in the hopes that I will respond in kind. By doing this I am allowing myself to truly leave the feedback that I feel is correct without the ramifications of a retaliation feedback :).
Of course, it is always good to talk about issues with your seller before leaving feedback. In many cases, the seller values their feedback score more than their sale.
I believe you can also file a report with eBay or PayPal if you have serious issues and grievances with the sale.
Why bother playing games? Just open a dispute.
Yes you can go to Feedback
and on the right hand side there is a link for Follow Up on Feedback Left. If you are logged in it should take you to your feedback page and on the right of each one you will see a Follow Up button you can click and add more comments with.
You can not change the actual original feedback from positive to negative or neutral.
I would contact the seller first just to see how they handle the situation and go from there.
Implicit in what you've written is the lesson to hold-off on leaving feedback -- positive, negative, or neutral -- until you've given yourself sufficient time to evaluate what you've received.Quote:
