yes they do exist, this one hard to say if it is in good condition because the pic is taken from a really bad angle. Hope it is not to hide something.
There are a couple of makers that put out razors like that. Maybe all from the same blanks with different finishing and grinding? I have had a chance to look at a few from different makers side by side, and they are pretty close.
We'll see what condition it's in. Just wait a few days for it to get here.

I have one very similar. Also a Rodgers. The Geometry of the thing makes a big difference when you are trying to hold on to it when you shave and strop.
