I would wait two weeks. Often folks live paycheck to paycheck. After two weeks sell it to someone else.

I would give them 3 days to pay . After the third day , I would e-mail them asking when they intend to pay , and why they were bidding on an item they couldn't pay for . Everything I've bought off ebay , I paid for it within 24 hours . If I couldn't pay for it I didn't bid on it . I thought it was ebay policy , that payment had to be made within 3 days from the end of the auction .
If the buyer hasn't responded, just open a non-payment dispute with ebay. They have a set timeframe for the payment to be completed, and if you don't receive payment by then you are off the hook, you will get your fees back and can relist the item. The buyer won't be able to leave you negative feedback and I think then you can leave such for them.
I don't see where ChrisL said the razor was sold on ebay. If it was sold on ebay you will need to follow ebay rules.............

I'm sorry. Yes, I sold the razor on Ebay.
I think Gugi's advice is spot on but don't think sellers are allowed to leave negative feedback any more. From memory its 8 days till you can open a dispute.
G'luck, always sux when buyers play games.
Yeah, just looked it up and they say unpaid items are separate from feedback do not affect the feedback. The window for the buyer to pay is 4 days, after that the seller can open a dispute.
Unpaid item policy
