this is not a kamisori, it is a Feather type of shavette with disposable blades.
Yeah, some translate page would be useful, shoot for $10 you can't beat it with a stick. Unfortunately my Korean never was that good and certainly hasn't improved much over the years.
one thing to understand is that kamisori simply means razor in japanese.. kinda like curry means sauce or gravy (as i understand it)
ive read that even an electric razor in japan may be called a kamisori.. another interesting bit of trivia, kamisori arivedin japan by way of korean buddhist monks.
Kamisori means razor, ezpz is completely right. An electric razor is a denkikamisori, etc.
Those of us in the old fashioned razor game use wakamisori vs. seiyoukamisori (Japanese kamisori vs. western kamisori) in Japanese. SOmetimes people use the Japanese transliteration of razor (レーザー)instead of Seiyoukamisori but anyway, yeah. On SRP we use Kamisori to refer to the non-folding Japanese style razors.
As for these particular razors, why? You almost certainly get what you pay for, namely, something cheaply made and easily broken.
My wife was a licensed barber in Korea for a number of years, and still has a folding version of the razor pictured. The scales are black plastic and the razor body from toe to monkeytail is all metal except for a sliding plastic blade lock button on top of the "spine". The channel that holds the replaceable blade is long enough to accept Feather-style SE blades as well as Schick injector or 1/2 DE blades. She also has a Korean-made frameback which is now my practice razor for honing and stropping.:p
