This one looked like a re-grind to me, not that it would have made any difference.
You guys looking to buy the old W&B's need to pay attention to those that have been restored and are nice looking and shiney, but come un-honed. The hone wear that is polished off will show up as soon as the razor hits the stone and there is usually significant wear that is uneven and not the same on both sides. You end up with a shiny razor with a ton of hone wear that is usually pretty tough to get shaving again. Sometimes you may see one that has been honed with a bunch of layer of tape as well to not show what has been polished over. Ask lots of questions before buying.
Have fun.
