id go for a refund if it was me ... is this your first razor you are looking to buy ?? if so id find one on here on the members sales or from a vendor who has used / restored razors and it will be shave ready and your gonna get what you paid for ... if you like the razor then thats a choice you have to make but i know ever razor i buy i buy it cause i picked it and like it and it would kinda make me upset ... good luck with what you decide but id back away ..!!!!

ask for your money back look elsewhere.
think about it like this: you go buy a used mercedes CL65 AMG at the dealers, he takes your money, says "i'll have the guys take it around back, wash it and do an oil change while you finish the paperwork for dmv". then he comes back in the room, says "so sorry they totaled your mercedes in the shop, please take this used ford focus instead."
you would say no i trust, same thing here. anything the vendors wanted to do with the razor he should have done before selling it. take your money, buy from the classified or a decent vendor; several of the whipped dog sight unseen razors that have been posted were in better shape than the offered replacement.
