It looks to be in excellent condition. Realize that etched blades and especially decorated celluloid scales are collected by non shavers. They just want them for the gingerbread. So with 4 days to go no telling what that razor will bring at the end.
If you are interested in a razor on ebay , or anywhere else, don't even tell your wife or your mother. Posting it on SRP is almost a guarantee of more competition in getting it. Just ask a general question like, "what do I look for in a vintage razor."
Thank you for the advice. I wouldn't be too butthurt if a fellow shaver beat me on it. I just am not a big fan of the people who will buy it never use it then repost for like $70000000 dollars saying its super rare 1 of a kind only one in existence once owned by the queen of Eorasia so its super oooolld.

IME if you see a blade in that kind of shape, i.e. full with no visible hone wear or flattening on the spine from uneven honing, the seller says no chips or cracks, and the scales are in good shape with no chips or cracks. Any corrosion is limited to the pivot area, which is where it is not uncommon to see corrosion, that is a candidate for purchase. If the scales are cracked that is, for me, a deal breaker. With celluloid anyway, horn cracked at the wedge is okay if it is a tight crack and no movement. A crack at the pivot is also a deal breaker for me.
Always add in the cost of sending it for honing unless you do your own. Some guys are more into restoring and will buy razors with visible problems. I am not into that so I look for the above as a minimum requirement for any I'd buy. You can always buy a new razor and no surprises too. Make sure, if it is used, the seller provides good photos.
I am looking mostly for something to learn how to do my own honing and practice stropping that at first won't destroy my strop. If it goes for a descent price I may grab it.
It looks solid. I'd go for it.
Request more pictures. I find myself looking at it and questioning if its been put to the buffer or not
