Just started straight razoring and boom, got a cartoon accepted into the Wall Street Journal. Has to be related :-)
And on that front, buoyed by the confidence of that acceptance, I said "Just cold water and shave, bing, bang, done. Just do it.
Best shave yet. BBS on left cheek and BBS- on right. Neck is half and half. I just can't get that easy ziiiiip when going ATG on the neck that I can on the cheeks. I'm actually amazed, given the amount of stuttering stop/starts, that I didn't cut myself at all. I think the pain I occasionally felt was just the hair being pulled (and I bet if I DID cut myself it wouldn't hurt at all; just bleed nicely). No particular sting with the alum block either. So it's a good day. And in a few minutes, the next submission goes out in the mail!
