    Default WhooHoo,close shave, no blood!

After about 10 shaves I've made a little breakthrough. A smooth close shave wtg, xtg, atg without blood, or even a scratch. On the downside it took close to an hour. Great info from all contributors here helped immensely. Biggest mistake I've made to date is shaving after waking up tired. My face looked like someone was playing naughty and crosses on it with red biro.
Still loads to learn. Great fun though!

    cheers

    Welcome, Davo!

I have one fewer shaves than you, but I do have one question. My shaves have all been about 1/2 hr and 2 less where I stopped and finished with a cartridge. I'm not bragging, but I'm more interested in examining your routine.

Where do you feel is the area or areas that draw you shave times to an hour?

    Regards,

    Siguy

Nice to hear there was no blood. Time will improve with experience. Enjoy.
Keep your concentration high and your angles low!

Despite the high cost of living, it's still very popular.

Yeah, definitely better when not bleeding. Got the time down to about 30mins now. It nearly seems that my skin is becoming smoother, cleaner. Less bumps to knick. I've reduced my blade angle a bit and it's made a huge difference to the comfort. It helps when all aspects get improved to affect the finished effect.
    Cheers
