Thread: Hoping to make a convert

One of my work partners saw some of my straight razors that I restored. He expressed that he would like to shave with one. Well last night I gave him the name of this site. Told him to watch all the videos and ask plenty of questions first. Then I gave him one of my restored razors shave ready. He at first thought I was selling it to him. To his surprise I said NO its yours to try and learn with. If you like it keep it. Hope he takes my advice and draws on the vast knowledge given on this site.

That is really cool! I think we all may be on the cusp of a paradigm shift in regards to wet-shaving so if each of us converts just one or two and then those people just convert one or two... You never know what may happen but it would sure be cool to see a resurgence of production SR's coming out of the US from more than just a couple companies!
