    I can't agree more with the above statement. I've long said that we should use a new product continuously for a period to evaluate its effectiveness. Only through experimentation and changing variables one at a time can we build the perfect collection of products that work best for us individually.
    Nivea Sensitive skin is Alcohol free here in Australia but the replenishing balm isn't. The replenishing balm here stings like aftershave splash.

    Its been very hot here of late and I work physically so I sweat a lot. Im wondering if the salt is causing some of the issues? Im going to try MWF again when the weather cools down to re evaluate it.

    If I'm trying to increase my water intake, I use Tobasco sauce. After taking a spoonful of Tobasco, I have no problem drinking a 16 oz bottle of water. Sounds crazy, but it works.
