Just arrived - already had my shave today - the soap is actually in perfect condition - I believe it is from around 1947, smells really, really nice and it was sealed in the container....going to give this a try for my next shave. Originally Posted by Phrank

Well finally got a new strop ....
Just got it in the mail today
The 3" was sent to me by MikekiM (thanks again)
And the 2" I just got in the mail today
They both are SRP red latigo strops.
Have not used the 2" yet but I wanted something a bit smaller than the 3" so I can strop in an X pattern a bit easier.
The 3" will be going to a friend of mine I just got to start using a straight.( once he learns not to cut the cheap piece of leather he is practicing on)hasstar likes this.

Put in a low bid on this Coticule that I forgot about, and just got a notification that I won. Sweet!! Good side is a bit thin but, I think it still has some life left in it.

Couple spindle extensions and tapered spindles, 8 mops, six compounds and a rake from caswells. Time to try my hand at buffing. Hopefully can replace the dremel

Won a Bengall for $10 and I got a Old Spice shaving mug for my soap. Maybe it will work better than the small rice bowl I'm using right now.

A WB safety razor. Quite rough on the top...
and missing the comb part.
Hopefully the comb from this crusty old thing will fit, if not I'll keep looking.
