That would be French. All labelling in Canada must be in the Two official languages, English and French. I am assuming the third language could be Spanish?

Nice looking blade Andrew. Is it the picture angle or is that a kami?
I have some wood stabilizer, and a spiraling tool in the mail myself.
Hope to get some tusk, and some burls stabilized on the weekend for a few projects..
