Same from Japan. Bought 2 books on eBay and seller contacted me that EMS/USPS ain't shipping. Cancel or send by boat. So my books are on the boat somewhere in the Pacific. Hopefully I get them by end of July.

Treated myself to a new Schulze #14 from Revisor. Hopefully it will arrive just in time for Father’s Day.

I shipped a package from the US to Canada several weeks ago and he has yet to receive it. Fortunately, it's not a sale but a collaborative project.

I must have a sickness. Now is NOT the time for me to make purchases...but I did it anyway.

Saw these on the bay and about broke my finger hitting the Buy It Now button. The description says:

"You are bidding on 6 antique F. Herder & Son straight razor blades. Made in Germany.
    -------------------------------
These are old stock, unfinished blades that have never been sharpened. They do NOT have manufacturer's markings but these are from the F. Herder & Son factory in Solingen, Germany.
These have been in storage for nearly 100 years, so they do have some rust spots and a gray aged patina, so please see photos.

Perfect for replacing blades on antique straight razors
    "

They appear to still be annealed (can't imagine they would be hardened before stamping) which means they will have to be hardened and possibly have the grind finished. Won't know until I see them. Very intriguing little buy. I'm going to pump the seller for more information to see how he came across them. He had a bunch of knife parts too also incomplete.

Thanks, Mark, you cannot beat handmade English boots, the only downside their sure do hurt your wallet.
