She says she absolutely loves some of their soaps and such, I'm just wondering if anyone has ordered from them and if they've had good luck.
I haven't used it myself but a quick search of the forums brings up quite a few results. Have you had a good look through the previous postings?

CM is a well known wet shave supplier. Some of their post shave products aren't bad and they sell some brushes. They used to sell straights but not any more.
