Very nice my friend. I watched that one. Glad to know it went to someone who's gonna use it

I knew you got some nice stuff :<0) Pics prove it.
No reason to strop that one before the first shave. It is ready to go.
I was watching that one too.
I've been letting my whiskers grow while waiting for this razor to arrive. Tomorrow's the day. I now have plenty of facial material to get started with and can't wait for my first straight shave. If you guys don't hear from me again, you'll know that I caught my jugular!
Just lock the shave den door, turn off the phone , clip the wires on the door bell, take your time. We will be waiting for a full report. No slashed jugular excuses. If you do, get pics :<0)
Nice razor. You seem to have it all
My two cents. Buy a cheap razor from eBay to hone. No reason to mess up that beauty on you first attempt. If it does not go right on a cheap one at least you will have the experience of honing AND still have a good razor to shave your face.
JTmke, greetings.
That's actually what I have done. I also purchased a 5/8 Wade and Butcher. Not nearly as nice as the one I showed here. Its sharp enough to shave my arm hair against the skin, but not in mid air. This will be my practice razor for stropping and eventually honing. If all goes well I'll restore the razor myself and add a new hobby to my arsenal of creative and fun things to do.
