I use greaseless compound to clean my razor but i do not know what i do for wrong, some of my razor use to be like that, what can i do to prevent that, i will be grateful if i get some help. thans guys.

Too much, I think!
Seems you began with the more aggressive compounds and applied too much pressure. I always start with the 600 and work my way up. The 80 and upper grits are very aggressive. Start easy and lightly. Best way!
What are you trying to prevent? The photos look as though you've taken chips out of the blade. Probably just a bit more care with the quickly rotating hand tool. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about dremels and things like that will pop by and help you out.

I am quite novice with the buffer and tend to mostly hand sand. Both Undream and Gssixgun have videos on how to use a buffer.
