As a chef with a healthy disorder collecting fine cutlery and chasing the finest edge possible, the transition to SR shaving was only a matter of time. Wow, if you like chasing the finest edge, you are in for a world of fun. Razor honing is so far beyond knife honing, both in the fine nature if the edge and in the way slicing whiskers on your face is way more critical than slicing produce!
