In case you feel alone, I had a lousy shave today. Great razor, recently honed by a master and then a second that was fine yesterday, then a DE and even that was't great. Same prep, same lather, same weather and water :rofl2:

Tomorrow will be fine. Just wanted to let you all know we all have days like this, even after almost 2 years.

So today was DE weekend for me. I went back to my Muhle R89, seems I forgot how to use it. Had a really bad shave, 3 passes I needed a 4th but my skin wasn't feeling too great so I just gave up, left the quite a bit of stubble.
Yup it musta been in the air
No blood = good shave. Whiskers will be there tomorrow to tempt their fate!

Razor burned myself something fierce on the second pass and it was all my fault...

I'm glad it's not me. I had a terrible shave myself. Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong but stubborn to get it right. Maybe I'm attempting to shave ATG too soon.

I did have grilled jalapenos on my lunchtime burrito at Taco Mama. It was the hot tomatilla sauce on the side that got me though. But only on the front end...thankfully!Quote:
