I dont think i have seen this list before, so i am interested in a list of ones to stay away from.
The thread listed by gssixgun was nice regarding rust, but i think i was leaning more towards manufacturer names.

Just buy all of the ones in your part of New York and I will clean out the ones on the eastern side. Look through the razor club section and find the names of ones you like. It would be very hard to make a list of all of the good manufacturers. England, Germany, and the US made some very nice stuff. Wade and Butcher and Wostenholm are common good English blades. Good Americans include Torrey and Geneva and Union. There are lots. Enjoy discovering them.

I like hunting in the wilds. I find that flea markets, and antique shops are my best hunting grounds.
Keep your eyes on the news of estate sales, too.
Estate sales have been my best place to find them. But it took a lot of sales before i found some razors of a collector.
I think if you buy anything out of Little Valley New York it will be fine. But who knows Listen to glen or not I don’t care. Tc
