    Default Im back!!

    Hello all,
It has been a few weeks since I have had more that a few minutes to do anything but catch my breath so Its been fun to read everything that I have missed! I have still been making time to use my razor properly though. After my first failed attempt to hack of my index finger, I have had plenty of chances to try a real shave with the bathroom door locked. I have been shocked. Thanks to Suzuki from B&B I have an excellent condition shavette with different types of blades, but right now I am just using walmart VH brushes and soaps. Even with the low quality of the brush and soaps I am amazed at how well it is working. Even the wife of almost a month is coming around to this idea. She never liked the idea of me having this tool and then cutting my finger to shreads just added fuel to her passion against it. But low and behold the power of patience:001_smile. I am now getting shaves that are amazing!!! I only have two problem areas and these are just under the angle of my jaw where the hair grows at different angles. If there are any suggestions on this just let please, otherwise i will continue to work at it slowly, you know, trial and error. I had one more question though, does anybody else who uses a shavette or straight have a problem with skipping the blade across the skin? No major bleeding yet but a couple slight bleeding areas evertime this happens. Any more suggestion? Thanks for all the help so far!!!!

Welcome back and well done! Learning the tricks to
shaving your face will take a while, try some different
angles (always with ultra-light pressure) and with
    good stretching.
