Does anyone have any tips for this area? I'm finding it really hard to get a clean shave in that spot. The front area of the chin isn't a problem, neither is the sides, but that area just below the curve on the chin is giving me a lot of problems...
It just looks weird when my face and neck are shaved, but I have some noticable stubble in that area! lol
It is pretty easy to flatten out the blade on those areas. Are you still maintaining the correct angle at these spots?
Just sweep the blade sideways in a scything motion. That's what works for me in that area.
I just move the razor straight down my chin and around to the top of my neck (or around my chin going N-S) in one motion. Not a maneuver for a rookie but it works for me.
I follow my jaw line under my chin with the heal of the razor. Works slick.
I have chin trouble too. I have a super bony, pointed chin.:cry:
I think it depends alot on the shape of your face, so what works for one guy won't necessarily work for another.
The only way I can get everything shaved is do the front part below the lip normally, then stretch the skin upward as much as possible and shave the rest. So when I let the skin go back to its natural position, it's shaved down to about half an inch below the point of the chin.
Getting smoothly around the chin is impossible for me, so I need to use that trick. Can't believe that some people have no trouble with the chin:mad:
This is how I get my entire jawline including that weird part of the chin that is hard to get, just stretch it up as far as you can and then it is much easier to get to.Quote:
