Sending off my razors to hone?

Hi,

I have usually just had a barber in my home country re-hone my razor a few times a year. This is not practicable anymore, as I haven't been able to travel back for a while. So I'm interested in shipping off my Wapienica to be re-honed.
What complicates the question is that I also have a Wostenholm I picked up in an antique shop. It's a wedge, and it seems to be in great condition, probably needs nothing more than a re-hone. I'd be interested in dating it, and using it daily instead of my Wapienica (because a. I like wedges, b. the balance is better, c. the steel is supposed to be superior).

Can anyone here offer to take these on, or point me in the right direction, preferrably with an estimate on the price? Thank you.

check out the classified section, there are quite a few guys who do restores/honing work there. I have a few Wostenholmseses myself and I like em. Smoove and comfortable shavers!

Lots of options in USA. Just take your pick.

Wostenholm is a good razor, wedges are definitely nice, good steel is not a guarantee though.

The going rate for honing is around $20, some are less, some are more, it depends on how far you ship it as well.
