Hi and welcome!
Solingen razors are usually worth buying though I do not know this brand. Razor looks small: 3/8 or 4/8 with a lot of honewear. If you like small (light beard or trimming) that's fine, otherwise don't buy it unless you need a practice razor.

I would request a picture of the other side of the blade as well as a close up of the mark. Solingen blades are pretty safe and if the other side looks like this side, then it is probably usable once honed. It is a lighter blade that will be less forgiving on the technique end, but should give you a very nice comfortable shave once you get a few shaves under your belt.
Good luck!
Let us know how you make out.

It would be my first straight razor. I am considering buying this or new nolabeled straight razor from military supplies: Imagic.pl - Darmowy Hosting Obrazków, Zdjęć, Fotek They are both cheap.
The first razor, while it looks usable, does have much wear. I would get something in slightly better shape for my first. The scond looks like a Wapi (Wapienica). They're pretty good shavers.

I'll have to agree with the other guys here. The first one might be a good choice but has a bit of hone wear... proceed with caution. The second one looks like a Wapienica. If it is indeed a Wapi, it's a good razor that takes a good edge and is a very smooth shaver. If that is the case... I'd go for the second one, the one we suppose to be a Wapienica. There! I said it! :)
Welcome aboard!
It's Polish production;)
I'd keep looking.
As already mentioned, it's pretty small. I'm sure it's a nice razor, but would not be practical for me. A 5/8 is even a bit small for me, but useable.
And what do you think about this one. Seller says that its new one(almost 100 years old)
