Cobo,
I got the strop from the market in Waterloo. Thanks. Is there someone near here that knows how to hone?
Hi PJ,
Guess you were right about the addiction. I'm only up to seven but I bought a set of Norton 1000/4000/8000 wetstones. Guess if I ruin a couple of borderline junk razors, I may get the hang of honing.
I'd suggest throwing a single layer of electrical tape on the spine to prevent hone wear on your first razor. Other than that, I very much doubt you'll ruin a razor by honing it.
