Geinig. :)
I briefly had the same thought, but then I started reading about all the junk I'd need and all the more junk I'd likely acquire. I have already spent more on new shaving stuff for this than I've spent on cartridges before that. :D

Doc: You are right, Sir. :hmmm: There must be razors on the other side.
After all it can't be Heaven with out a BBS. :D
End? End you say?? :roflmao:roflmao Ain't gonna happen. All I have managed to do was slow my acquisition rates! I have managed to go 2 months now without buying another razor. By the way, refills don't count.
I think I might see a pattern in these answers!!!
How's that hone combo working out for you? Would love to hear the sotry of that DA, and the people that learn to hone 9or start to learn to hone) on it.
I too told myself I would save money by not buying the disposables. The disposables I bought for 6 for 2.99.... Mind you I only got two shaves out of one before it was junk, but if I had to guess, hones and razors have probably cost me about two grand in the last two years. So... 3X52=156
times that by two and you get 312...
I'm not great at math, but I think I'm actually costing myself more money. ;)
Two weeks ago I joined up wanting to know how I could get into straights without spending too much money.....now I've just ordered a second razor for no good reason except I REALLY REALLY want another one.
Madness indeed.
I understand the feeling. I am trying to hold myself in check buying more razors until I am proficient with the ones that I have.
On the upside the wife wants me to get good so that I can shave her legs.;)
One step at a time, one step at a time...into the abyss of SR obsession.

The madness doesn't end. I am totally giving up all hope for straight shaving being cheaper than MAch 3 shaving was. I bought 8 straights since I started three months ago! But it's still 100X cooler and it is a totally awesome hobby. When I tell people I collect straights, shave with them, and hone them myself they think I'm the man!
