No, there is much more to it, It takes some people quite awhile to make their way to "their" type of razor....
First you have to work out all the non razor variables , ie: prep, lather, stropping, sharpness, ability...
Once you have all that down then you can actually start comparing razors and edges....
Most start with grinds first, then progress to styles, and even steel origins.... or you can just shave and have a great time with it....
You can take this hobby/passion as far as you want to...
