How much should I pay for this razor ?
Well, we don't appraise razors here. However I would need to see a picture with more detail to give you an opinion as to whether to buy or not and what it might need by way of restoration. From what I can see the gross condition looks good.
That depends.
Is it shave ready? Is the edge free from damage? Are the scales in good shape?
Even if the answer to all of the above questions is "yes" the value of a razor is subjective. I have all of the 4/8 - 6/8 razors that I want right now (for now), so I would offer less than someone looking for that particular razor in good repair.
It may help to scour the classified section here to help determine fair prices, along with reviewing completed auctions on the bay. That can help give you a feel for price ranges of similar items.

Pictures can be misleading . I have bought many razors off of ebay , and some were better than the picture showed , and some were a dissappointment . Buying anything , with only a picture(s) to go by as opposed to actually examining it in person , is a bit of a gamble . When I gamble , I don't bid more than I'm willing to lose .
As said, beware of buying from photo's unless they are nice, close & focused, & give a good evaluation of every aspect of the razor.
That said, the steel looks in good shape. The scales are a bit knackered, but as long as they're not warped or cracked aren't too bad. I mean, they're a bit bitten in that photo, but they're looking ok.
It probably needs honing at the very least. Restoration is time consuming though.

If so, they are harder in as much as there's far more metal to remove. Apart from that it's essentially the same for them all.
Honing takes a fair amount of practise anyway. I'd recommend sending your first out for honing. That way you don't need to buy stones, & you get something that's actually shave ready, rather than something as sharp as your abilities & knowledge allow.
That's not the way i did it, of course, but i feel that makes me even more qualified to recommend it! :D
