I would have to ask what's wrong with it, and did you get it from a private seller or a dealer?
The best thing to do is call the vendor on the telephone and explain your dissatisfaction. Most all of the vendors are happy to work with their customers and make it right if the problem is the razor. Read my sig to avoid cuts and nicks. :)

I was also going to say call the dealer and ask for satisfaction. If the problem will not affect it's shaving ability you might ask for a discount.
The problem is that often the aesthetics of the razor is just as important as how it shaves. The dealer should know that.
I certainly agree with that !
