Crossing over... any friendly faces here?

Hey now, registering here as an eight month member at B&B, figured expanding my resources couldn't hurt, right? I'm sure there will be at least a few familiar faces here, to them I say "hello!" and to the rest "nice to meet you!" That said, I come with questions in this first post. Thanks in advance for any input or suggestions. I'd like to put all three of these to use if possible, two as "shavers," one as a "project." Specifically, have two best cleaned up and honed by a pro, use one as a daily shaver, keeping the second as a comparison so I know what shave-ready is, and if my stropping technique is dulling the first razor. The third I would like to keep and try to cleanup/restore and hone myself at some point in the future.

Regarding these three razors I purchased earlier this afternoon, $6-8 each:

Questions:

• What, if any, glaring flaws jump out at you pros, that my newbs eye cannot detect? I see the scratches, maybe a wavering bevel, etc.... but is there something worse I'm missing?
• If I were to send out two of these to be restored/made shave ready, which two are the best candidates?
• Those two aside, is the third razor a good candidate to restore on my own, and practice honing?

They look fine, just dirty.

I would 100% get the Wostenholm cleaned up and shave ready, and probably the Shuredge just because I haven't heard of Antelope. But Wostenholms are well known as great shavers all around.

That Antelope shoulderless looks nice! I think they'll all be nice-looking razors when you get 'em cleaned up. There are quite a few here who can help get them ready.

My choice for the ones to send out would be the wostenholm and the robeson. And yes, they all seem in good condition to be cleaned up, honed, and put to use.
You will probably want to visit the workshop section to learn how to do it, as well as the gallery where you can find great examples by the guys who do restorations.

Those are some nice razors, the Antelope is the real catch in there, The Shuredge and the Wostie are known shavers but the Antelope is probably the best of the three IMHO...

Yup, I agree, the Antelope is where it's at!

Thanks for all the replies. The Antelope is my favorite of the three, it has pleasing lines, and I like the combination of shoulderless and french point. Looks really neat. I believe it will be my "first" razor.
