I know so MUCH that's irrelevant and useless and so LITTLE of what I want to learn..it creates an unusual tension, like I'm going to be tested and didn't study..

I'm trying to persuade belgian hone users of the virtues of Japanese stones, and inform some of the knife knuts that use japanese exclusively about belgian coticules.
In the process, I've managed to offend folks that needed a translator to even feel insulted! So don't worry about getting it wrong or being partly informed, we all have our own point of view and we earned it fair and square. Sez me. ;)
