I do not mean to offend, but it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to judge, by picture, what is restorable and what isn't. I would recommend going to the Classifieds on this site. There are cheaper razors there than ebay, they are ALL in good condition, and, 19/20 times, if the listing says shave ready, it is shave ready... Ebay is just a crap-shoot, so to speak.
Definitely wait on ebay until you have vastly more experience.
