Progress Update...

I know I've been neglecting the forums lately but I have not neglected my SR shaving. The other day I finally got a BBS shave and another on the following shave. I know I still have more technique to perfect and much more to learn about SR shaving, but one thing I can tell you all for sure, a BBS shave is possible no matter how impossible it may seem at first.

Did it come naturally or were you purposely efforting to achieve it?

Congrats! It's a really great feeling when it all comes together like that! I also really like that velvety smooth feeling on the face afterwards as well...!

Nothing about straight shaving has come natural to me (I don't think, but I have no point of comparison). It took months of trial to get such a close shave all over. Yet most of the enjoyment in a close shave is learning how to get a close shave. BBS is simply the cherry on top.
