Most likely there will be very rare someone will come up and said they have done it.
Formation of scar tissue should have some factors available.
1 st important is straight razor cut is clean cut.
2. distance between 2 edges is not so far away which scar tissue will fill fin.
3. Now days people do access almost for every medicine out there.
etc
this is the reason we don't see so many people scar tissue all other their face walking around.(there is but reason is not the straight razor)
