the beauty is you can use the DE blades of your choice , I cant see any reason why the Parker @$12 cant perform as good as the Feather artist club razor's that are very expensive , I use mine with feather platinum's , I think the Parker shavettes are very underated , made in india they have a stainless blade arm plastics handle , they hold blade very firm an secure NOT flimsy in any way whatsoever no honing no stroping no rotational rest needed no maitence, hit the tap damage the blade no need for tears just replace the blade ,they look cool an at $12 there just a great buyQuote:
The investment so small, that I might as well get one of those :) too.
what kind of blades can I use with it? this:

I'd go with a standard straight razor. The daily stropping to keep the edge shaving smoothly and touching up the edge every 2 weeks on a pasted strop are both very easy. I think a 4/8 or 5/8" square point would be the easiest for trimming the areas inside the goatee outline.
Be aware that straight razor shaving takes a little while for most people to learn to do well enough to get a smooth, irritation free shave. However, if you are careful and only use light pressure then you may never get a nick (although most people will get irritation / burn for the first few days). Most people also say the standard straight razor is easier to use without getting nicks than the disposable blade / shavette type, but I haven't use the Shavette myself.
The wiki tab at the top of the page has a lot of good how-to info.
