any REAL differenece?
In case your wondering..yes my friend uses his Mach3 blades and has a beard above his jaw area
I was chatting with my good friend today and told him about my straight shaving gear..his reply.."yea, you could shave yerself good..BUT nothing beats an old fashioned hot towel n exfoliating rub that doesn't requie you to life a finger"..my reply to him was.."you would be surprised how nice it is and the feeling you get to use a straight razor and YOU know where its going on yer face" (lol)...well...I can't imagine here in Southern California to pay less than $25 for some guy with a license to touch my face with a blade..and I did read some reviews from guys who live outta state and their experience on going to a shop to get a straight razor shave and varies among the barber...just a thought!..any comments always appreciated ;0)

Well my old man is in his 50's and he wants a straight, he's seen my success and wants to give it a shoogle himself, I have told him I will give him one of my first restores, coz he's my daddy lol, he's all for it but mummy is not a buyer lol.

Well I think she might change her mind if I give him a nice straight shave as I have offered many a time, but i wann look it over, I think shaving me is different from shaving someone else lol... Any pointers anyone?

Well, if he goes to a shop, that is his first mistake! No modern barber can shave with a straight edge.
