Thanked: 0Might have a record here...............
G'day all,
I posted an earlier message, seeking advice on how to get a razor I bought some time ago sharpened. As advised (thank-you all) I sent it to Oz, in Sydney, who did a brilliant job. The man is a legend.
Anyway, I'm pleased to announce that 19 years after I bought the razor, I finally completed my first straight razor shave! I suffered a few nicks, no sutures needed and my chin is still somewhere near the bottom of my face, and not on the bathroom floor, which I would call a great success. Also, I'm the sort of bloke that has whiskers like fuse wire and if I go without a shave for a few days, I look like I'm leaning over a hedge.
Thanks for a great website and thanks most of all to the great Oz!!!
